Brethren! Sleep well at night except when praying, sleep is good. Eat well during the day except when fasting. Food is good.  Sleep and food are medicine for our body. They are not substitute but compliment to each other.  They should be taken regularly in the right quantity and better quality. When you cannot take them, something is not right, maybe illness. If you don’t take them deliberately, you may take some other medications. Our Lord Please grant us the ability to eat and sleep well for a healthy life. Please do not open the doors of sickness to our body Amen. Have a wellness  week
