The person who listens will pay more attention, will observe, will receive, will heed, will concentrate, will understand and will be wise. Brethren! Be reluctant to respond, but be fast in listening. A great listener will be a great and successful leader. A good listener will be a very good and successful learner . Great people listen more and small people talk more. Do not indulge in excessive talk except when remembering God. Dear Lord! Grant us the ability to listen more and to talk when it is absolutely necessary and important.
