The person who listens will pay more attention, will observe, will receive, will heed, will concentrate, will understand and will be wise. Brethren! Be reluctant to respond, but be fast in listening. A great listener will be a great and successful leader.  A good listener will be a very good and successful learner . Great people listen more and small people talk more. Do not indulge in excessive talk except when remembering God. Dear Lord! Grant us the ability to listen more and to talk when it is absolutely necessary and important. Please save us from the trouble associated with excessive talking amen. Have a pleasant week

Brethren! Say it exactly the way you will like to hear it said unto you. Imagine someone saying it exactly the same way to you, and think of the way you feel. Words spoken does not die, but someone’s heart may die from it. Do you really want to make someone or really want to break someone by what you say to them. Folks! Say it with compassion or keep it with emotion.  Dear Lord! Make us say it only if it will make someone’s day amen. Have a friendly week as you speak with compassion to others.

Words is an expression of emotions which could be any of the feelings of joy, sorrow, fear, hate or love.  Words spoken as a result of uncontrolled emotions may be sword.  A sword may cause death or destruction, so is bad words spoken to someone. It is not the intention of most people to cause death for others, but they may be unaware of a careless talk that can cause harm. Brethren. Always say words that is born out of love.  Dear Lord! Help us control our emotions before it causes commotion amen. Have a  week full of compassion.
