If you have never suffered, you have never really lived, probably you have been so complacent and have not really challenged yourself. suffering should be a reason to strive and succeed. Suffering should not be an excuse to accept temporary defeat as failure. Do not stay there! Stand up, get up and move on. Learn from your past mistakes and make effort to avoid a repeat. Dear God!
